Sick of Holiday Stress? Strategies to Ransom Your Holiday Spirit
For many of us, unwanted stress is an everyday part of our lives. When the holidays come, they often arrive with added activities and responsibilities, which then pile on more feelings of stress. Often, it’s these little stresses that start piling up which cause us to get sick and lessen the overall quality of our lives.
I won’t give you a list of generic “do’s and don’ts”–which may or may not be useful in your own life. Instead, I will invite you to explore a different way of thinking about and being with stress. In addition, I’ll provide some tools to help you discover (or create) your own tips-that will be meaningful and useful for YOU to incorporate into your own life.
